The Problem
Executive functioning challenges don't come from a lack of intelligence or effort. They come from a mismatch between how your brain works and the systems you're trying to use.
It's not a character flaw. It's a design problem — and design problems can be solved.

About Alana Lewis Consulting
Alana Lewis Consulting provides structured, practical executive functioning support that goes beyond theory.
Founded by Alana Lewis — an educator and Director of Student Support with over 10 years of experience — our approach bridges strategy and real-world application, translating evidence-based practices like planning, chunking, and self-monitoring into systems that actually work in daily life.
We help clients move from overwhelm and inconsistency to clarity, structure, and consistent follow-through — building not just performance, but confidence and independence over time.
"My goal isn't just to help people get organized — it's to help them build the skills and confidence to manage their own goals over time."

We don't stop at advice. Evidence-based practices are translated into sustainable habits and tools you'll actually use — week after week.
Every system is tailored to how you think, work, and live. If a tool doesn't fit your brain, it isn't the right tool.
Led by a Director of Student Support with a background in special education and psychology — expertise earned in real classrooms and real lives, not just theory.
The goal isn't dependence on coaching. It's a growth-mindset foundation and systems you own — so progress continues long after our work together.
Client Feedback
We've been incredibly grateful for the support and guidance Alana has provided our son in developing his executive functioning skills. She has a remarkable ability to help him stay organized, manage his workload, and build confidence without making the process feel overwhelming. She has a calm, thoughtful way of connecting with him that has led to meaningful growth in both his independence and maturity.
Holladay FamilyParents of a student client
Alana's coaching has provided both structure and steady support during this especially important time — for my daughter and for me. I have seen clear growth in my daughter's ability, confidence and independence. What stands out the most is Alana's thoughtful and practical approach as well as her ability to build skills in my daughter (and other students!) that feels encouraging and sustainable. She has been nothing short of amazing in the time that we've worked with her, and I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Frequently Asked Questions
Executive functioning consulting helps you build practical systems for organization, planning, time management, task initiation, and follow-through. Rather than generic advice, we design routines and tools around how your brain actually works — so consistency stops depending on willpower.
We work with adults navigating overwhelm, deadlines, and major transitions — including ADHD and neurodivergent professionals — as well as students building organization and study systems, with parents involved through regular check-ins and home practice guides.
Neither. This is skills-based consulting focused on systems and execution. We don't treat mental health conditions or reteach academic subjects — we build the structure that helps everything else work, and we complement therapy or tutoring when those are also in place.
Sessions are held virtually via Zoom, so you can work with us from anywhere. In-person options are available in select locations — ask during your discovery call.
Three simple steps: fill out a short interest form, meet for a discovery conversation to talk through your goals and the right fit, and then start your journey. After the discovery meeting, you'll receive a full offerings guide with engagement options.
Most clients leave their very first session with a clear, personalized action plan. Lasting systems and consistent follow-through build over ongoing work — the goal is sustainable progress you can maintain independently, not a quick fix that fades.
If you're ready to move from overwhelm to structure and consistency, the first step is a simple conversation.
